Southwest Berkeley is located less than two miles from Downtown Berkeley and is one of the area’s most popular residential neighborhoods. If you are looking for investment properties near UC Berkeley, Southwest Berkeley is a great place to explore. Other great features of Southwest Berkley include a convenient access to Northwest Berkeley’s Fourth Street, Berkeley Marina, and a variety of local shops and restaurants.

Most of Southwest Berkeley’s popular restaurants can be found on or near San Pablo Avenue, which effectively runs in between the neighborhood.
